Our partner is a South Korean-headquartered, rapidly growing global manufacturing group. While globally they focus on wood-based building materials and specialty chemicals, their Hungarian subsidiary plays a crucial role in the automotive and green energy sectors. They specialize in producing essential electrolytes for electric vehicle (EV) batteries and recycling industrial solvents. We are currently looking for a precise and enthusiastic Junior Accountant to join their dedicated Finance team in Sóskút.
Job Responsibility:
Invoice Management: Handling the end-to-end processing, validation, and booking of incoming invoices using SAP and the company’s e-accounting software
Bank Transactions: Preparing, recording, and managing bank transfer orders accurately
Reporting: Compiling regular financial and accounting reports to support regional and management decision-making
Closing Activities: Actively assisting the senior accounting team during the busy month-end and year-end financial closing periods
General Administration: Managing finance-related administrative duties and executing various ad-hoc tasks utilizing the ERP system and MS Excel
Requirements:
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
1-2 years of relevant professional experience in finance or accounting (internship experience is perfectly acceptable)
Active, conversational English proficiency is required to successfully navigate the international environment
Strong, confident user-level knowledge of MS Excel
Previous experience working with SAP is considered a significant advantage
You are highly precise, detail-oriented, and take ownership of the accuracy of your work
