Junior Account Manager role in a creative company's social team. Job Responsibility:

Create proposals, quotes, and presentations to support the sales team
Help manage projects from client request to delivery - liaising with suppliers and problem-solving along the way
Process and track orders, keeping everything organised and accurate
Join client meetings and project visits
Learn our product range inside-out, becoming a go-to contact for information
Pitch in with logistics, finance, and general support

Requirements:

Some prior work experience (office, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles)
Great communicator - confident on the phone, in person, and over email
Organised, detail-focused, and able to keep calm when it's busy
Positive, proactive, and keen to learn
Someone ambitious and career-minded
