We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to join our partner's team! Our partner operates in the on-demand manufacturing ecosystem, delivering technology-driven manufacturing solutions to a diverse global customer base across multiple industries. In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic customer accounts, identifying sales opportunities, and supporting revenue growth within your assigned sector or region. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to deliver customized, solution-focused manufacturing services and ensure long-term customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales cycle.
Job Responsibility:
Identify and execute sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets in your sector or region
Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key clients
Manage the full sales cycle for assigned and strategic customer accounts
Conduct client meetings and deliver customized, solution-oriented presentations
Collaborate with the marketing team on customer acquisition strategies
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution
Track and manage activities, pipeline, and opportunities using CRM tools
Provide customer insights and feedback to improve products and services
Support quotation and contract processes
Represent the company in line with its commercial strategy and values
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering
3–5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management
Experience in manufacturing services (e.g. CNC machining, 3D printing, injection molding) is a strong advantage
Minimum B2 level English proficiency (written and verbal)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
