Junior Account Manager

• Prepare and manage customer order sheets
• Reconcile purchase orders
• Ensure accurate handover to sourcing and production teams
• Attend customer meetings and take notes
• Communicate updates and resolve issues with buyers
• Track orders and issue weekly critical paths
• Liaise with logistics to ensure timely delivery
• Prepare reports and support sample meetings
• Manage shipping reviews
• Work with internal teams across sourcing, production, and warehousing
• Review and refine internal processes

• 2 years experience in a similar role, ideally within fashion or retail
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders
• Proactive, analytical, and flexible approach
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Excel
• SAP experience is a plus
