Job Description:

Join a dynamic global workplace solutions provider as a Junior Account Manager, collaborating with top furniture manufacturers to create exceptional, design-led environments for innovative organisations in commercial, tech, and corporate sectors.

Job Responsibility:

Assist Senior Account Managers in providing stellar client service across key accounts
Create accurate quotes for client proposals and tenders
Communicate with manufacturers to gather pricing, lead times, and product samples
Manage smaller-scale projects independently from concept to completion
Collaborate with Operations for client onboarding, invoicing, and project administration
Monitor project profitability and help manage job margins
Maintain client communication to ensure all deliverables meet high standards
Identify opportunities for account growth and repeat business

Requirements:

Early-stage career experience in an office-based or corporate setting
Strong organisational and communication skills
Confident with numbers and commercially aware
Proactive, eager to learn, and hands-on with problem-solving
Excellent attention to detail, thriving under tight deadlines

Nice to have:

Experience in a client-facing, sales support, or account coordination role
Familiarity with project-based environments (e.g., interiors, design, or workplace solutions)
Interest in design, furniture, or the built environment
Proficient in Excel and CRM systems
A positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative
