Job Responsibility

  • Own the full sales cycle for priority target accounts — from lead qualification through to close — with guidance and support from senior Account Executives
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and internal teams (Sales Engineering, Marketing, and others) to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Present the value of our platform to prospective clients, working closely with Sales Engineers to demonstrate how our SaaS solutions address real business challenges
  • Learn and apply the MEDDPICC sales methodology to qualify opportunities and deliver accurate pipeline forecasts in Salesforce
  • Get deep into customer needs — understand their business challenges and co-develop solutions with support from your senior colleagues
  • Partner with Marketing and channel partners to maximise lead generation and create new sales opportunities.

Requirements

  • Early in your SaaS sales career — you may be coming from an SDR, BDR, or first AE role, or transitioning from a related field
  • A genuine interest in consultative, solution-led selling
  • Ability to manage shorter sales cycles with growing independence
  • A structured working style and strong follow-up discipline
  • Ambition to grow into a full-cycle, strategic Account Executive
  • Curiosity about HR-tech and workforce management.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Workforce Management, HCM, Talent Management, Payroll, or related SaaS products
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies — MEDDPICC knowledge is a real plus
  • A background in frontline industries such as Healthcare, Hospitality, or Retail
  • A curiosity in AI and using tools like Claude or Gemini to help make your daily work more efficient
