Junior ABL Relationship Manager

• Lead or participate in building and maintaining effective relationships with existing clients
• Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges
• Independently review and analyze moderately complex client portfolios
• Partner with coverage teams to understand clients' businesses and identify opportunities
• Perform regular portfolio reviews to manage risk and lead problem loan resolutions
• Collaborate and consult with peers to resolve client servicing requests
• Partner with product management to provide feedback on evolving market needs
• Contribute to large-scale planning related to business objectives
• Serve as a mentor for lower level staff

• 4+ years of secured or specialized lending relationship management or portfolio management experience
• 4+ years of financial statement analysis experience
• 4+ years of ABL/factoring experience
• 4+ years of experience in a customer facing role
• Proficient with MS Office (PowerPoint/Excel/Word)
• BS/BA in business, finance, economics or related field
