We are now hiring in North York!! Are you eager and excited to start a new job Sewing Associates, Randstad Canada is currently hiring for one of our esteemed clients specializing in sports apparel customization & retail experience technology connecting consumers with authentic products & engaging customization experiences. We are currently hiring for Sewing Associates for a 3 month contract with possibility for extension and even full time for the right candidate. If you are a student on academic drop or scheduled break and willing to do general labor work, we can hire you!

Job Responsibility

  • Sew with precision using a Juki zig-zag machine to stitch letters and numbers onto jerseys
  • Work quickly in a fast-paced environment to help the team meet production goals
  • Follow instructions from supervisor and team leaders
  • Communicate effectively with other team members
  • Ensure every stitch is perfect
  • Follow all safety rules in the sewing area
  • Help keep the machine clean and running correctly

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience with industrial sewing machines, especially Juki zig-zag machines
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong focus on precision and a great eye for detail
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others
  • The ability to follow instructions carefully
