Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting a JSC Cultural Resources / Natural Resources / NEPA Manager (3862) in Webster, TX. Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and provide technical leadership for cultural resources, natural resources, and NEPA compliance activities
  • Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and NEPA
  • Support environmental planning, reviews, reporting, and coordination with regulatory agencies
  • Provide technical guidance and oversight for environmental documentation and compliance activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Geology, Earth Science, or a related science field, or a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering
  • Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience
  • Graduate-level education may be substituted for experience
  • United States citizenship
