Job Description:

As a part of an agile team environment, you are expected to independently work on end-to-end target delivery. This job specifically involves working on BIM projects for our international clients in Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail & Institutional Sectors.

Job Responsibility:

Work on end-to-end target delivery using BIM tools like AutoCAD and Revit
Work on BIM projects for international clients in Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail & Institutional Sectors
Work with the team to deliver Documentation projects within time and with desired quality
Preparation of detailed design including extraction of Bills Of Quantities (BOQs)
Communication of client objectives to team members in a clear and compelling way
Independently communicate with clients in written and spoken English

Requirements:

2 years of experience
BE Civil qualification
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
Ability to understand various design elements, construction methods, and detailing requirements
Ability to work independently in an agile team environment
Ability to communicate with clients in written and spoken English
Must be from Thane, Navi Mumbai, or Mumbai suburban locations
Immediate joiners are preferred
