Job Description:

This job specifically involves working on Architectural & BIM projects for our international clients in Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail & Institutional Sectors.

Job Responsibility:

Working on Architectural & BIM projects for international clients in Commercial, Residential, Hospitality, Healthcare, Retail & Institutional Sectors
Understand various Architectural Design elements, construction methods and its various detailing requirements
Work with the team and deliver the Architectural Design Documentation projects within time and with desired quality
Preparation of detailed design including extraction of Bills Of Quantities (BOQs)
Communication of client objectives to team members in a clear and compelling way

Requirements:

Min 2 years experience
B. Arch qualification
Software Skills: AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup is must
Immediate joiners are preferred
Candidate only from Thane, Navi Mumbai, Mumbai suburban Locations will be considered
Independently communication with clients in written and spoken English

Nice to have:

Working on BIM (Building Information Modelling) tools such as AutoCAD and Sketchup would be preferable
Revit Architecture will be add-on
