Carrier is seeking a Junior Web Developer to join our Digital Factory Connected Supply Chain team. This role is essential for designing, developing, and supporting applications that deliver value to the company, leveraging Low-Code/No-Code platforms and agile methodologies. Your work will directly impact efficiency, scalability, and innovation in our digital operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Designing and building solutions using the OutSystems platform (Low-Code/No-Code)
  • Working in agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Managing DevOps processes for Continuous Delivery and Continuous Deployment
  • Creating reports and technical documentation
  • Providing user support through ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
  • Proposing solutions based on requirements from Product Owners and Business Analysts, ensuring quality, performance, scalability, and reusability
  • Acting as on-call support for urgent issues during off-hours on a rotational schedule

Requirements:

  • Fluent English communication skills (B2 level)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Availability to work rotating shifts (AM: 7:00–16:00, PM: 10:00–19:00)
  • Experience in development, analysis, and deployment of web applications
  • Experience with Low-Code/No-Code platforms
  • Solid understanding of SCRUM, Lean, and other Agile techniques
  • Experience creating and consuming APIs
  • Proficiency in SQL queries (joins, stored procedures, views, etc.)
  • Proficiency in JavaScript
  • Strong requirement analysis skills and attention to detail

Nice to have:

  • Basic experience in OutSystems platform development
  • Knowledge of object-oriented languages (.NET, Java, Python
