1-3 years’ experience in BIM/VDC coordination within the AEC industry
Proficient in Revit, BIM 360/ACC, AutoCAD, and Navisworks Manage
Strong understanding of BIM workflows and content management
Familiarity with MEP systems and basic construction sequencing
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Job Responsibility

Assist in the development and maintenance of federated 3D BIM/CAD models
Perform clash detection and generate formal reports at key project milestones
Track and manage coordination issues using BIM 360/ACC or similar platforms
Collaborate with design teams to resolve clashes and document changes
Involved in the preparation of visualizations and model navigation for internal reviews
Participate in internal coordination meetings and provide status updates during all stages of the project
Assist in updating models to reflect “As-Built” conditions
Contribute to documentation of integration challenges and solutions
Attend internal training sessions and apply VDC best practices
