Carry out structural parts assembly services, adjust aircraft component fairings and assemble various options, in accordance with the instructions contained in the technical data accepted and approved for carrying out these services
Comply with the requirements set out in the Maintenance Organization Manual (MOM) and the Quality Control Manual (MCQ) for services carried out in maintenance workshops
Use methods, techniques and practices established in the latest revision of the manufacturer's maintenance manual, or in the instructions for continued airworthiness prepared by the manufacturer or other methods, techniques and practices approved by Helibras
Assist PL/SR Structural Technicians and Structural Specialists in carrying out structural repairs on aircraft, providing the necessary tools to carry out the services, preparing the work area and returning the tools used to the tool tent at the end of the service
If not qualified as an aircraft maintenance mechanic according to RBAC 65, perform the services under the supervision of an aircraft maintenance mechanic qualified by ANAC
Submit the work carried out to the Supervisor for examination and approval for return to service (APRS)
Carry out inspections using non-destructive testing techniques, if qualified
Record the services carried out and/or supervised in accordance with current legislation, using the forms defined by the company through the MOM/MCQ and ensure that all the relevant records for the service have been made before considering the service completed
Keeping their workstation clean and tidy, collecting all the debris produced during their work at the end of the day and depositing it in a suitable place, and cleaning, organizing and storing all the tools used during their work
Work in technical support services for innovation activities, through the implementation and maintenance of facilities or equipment intended for the execution of research, development or technological innovation projects
Requirements:
Complete technical education
Valid CHT in Cell
Experience in structural work in metallic materials
