Job Description:

Madrid-based Staff Writer role creating buzzy, original content about events for North American markets within Secret Media Network, a digital media group focused on recommending perfect plans and discovering great places in cities worldwide.

Job Responsibility:

Writing engaging, accurate and informative articles for commercial partners and Fever Original events
Creating social media posts and video captions
Liaising with marketing team to optimize copy for sales/awareness
Covering branded events using Instagram stories
Generating creative ideas for new campaigns
Managing client feedback

Requirements:

1-3 years of relevant editorial experience
Demonstrable previous digital writing experience (either editorial or commercial)
Experience in a digital marketing or editorial environment
Flair for social media with sharp sense of engaging stories
Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure
Up-to-date understanding of the industry and native marketing
Creative and commercial insight with brilliant storytelling skills
Knack for connecting different brands with audience

Nice to have:

Experience from newsroom or agency
Social media expertise
Creative idea generation for campaigns
