Job Description:

As a Jr. Solutions Engineer, you’ll support our Sales and Implementation teams by helping prospective and new customers understand how ShipperHQ works and how it can solve their unique shipping challenges. You’ll learn the ins and outs of our product, gain exposure to a variety of e-commerce platforms, and grow into a trusted resource for our customers and internal teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Learning the ShipperHQ platform and becoming a product expert
  • Supporting sales calls and demos by helping explain how our solution fits customers' needs
  • Troubleshooting basic setup questions and guiding customers through early configuration steps
  • Gathering customer feedback and helping relay it to the Product team
  • Collaborating with Technical Support and Engineering to help solve customer challenges
  • Growing your technical skills by exploring APIs, integrations, and the e-commerce ecosystem

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate in a technical or business-related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
  • Some exposure to web technologies or SaaS products - familiarity with REST APIs is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communicator who enjoys working with people
  • Detail-oriented, curious, and eager to learn
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and excited to grow in a fast-paced environment

  • Remotely coordinate product testing such as Product Safety and EMC

  • Monitor changes in global regulations and proactively advise as to any impacts
  • Ensure that HPE Storage products achieve and maintain compliance to all applicable EMC and Product Safety Regulations
  • Assisted by the HPE’s Global Access Team, assume responsibility for all Country Certifications and Listings necessary to access international markets. This include NRTL listing, CB listing, CE Mark, VCCI, BSMI, BIS, KCC, etc
  • Remotely manage EMC and Product Safety testing while advising corrective solutions to any non-compliance and ensure the solution is properly implemented
  • Participate in cross-organizational panels to define HPE Regulatory Compliance policies and procedures
