Job Description:

We are seeking a performance-driven Jr. PPC Specialist with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in managing eCommerce paid campaigns. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat, TikTok Ads, and a solid understanding of Google Tag Manager (GTM) for conversion tracking and campaign measurement. You will work closely with the marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns that drive traffic, sales, and ROI for our eCommerce business.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) and Social Ads (Meta, Snapchat, TikTok)
  • Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and audience targeting to maximize ROAS
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation
  • Implement, test, and track conversion pixels/events using GTM
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and provide data-driven insights and reports
  • A/B test creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure ad creatives align with brand goals
  • Stay updated with the latest PPC, paid social, and tracking trends in the eCommerce space

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in PPC campaign management, preferably in eCommerce
  • Proven expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Video/YouTube)
  • Strong experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), with working knowledge of Snapchat & TikTok Ads
  • Good understanding of Google Tag Manager (GTM) for event setup and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and conversion tracking
  • Hands-on experience with budget management and reporting dashboards
  • Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Sheets skills for reporting & performance analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Google Data Studio / Looker Studio for advanced reporting
  • Exposure to broader eCommerce marketing strategies and funnel optimization
  • Creative mindset for testing new ad formats and exploring emerging ad platforms
