In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate with the People & Organization team to support Training Administrators in coordinating regulatory, offshore, technical, and professional development training. Alongside this, you’ll provide well-rounded P&O support accross the functional area, contributing to smooth day-to-day operations.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and administer employee and contractor training programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory and client requirements
Partner with department managers and HR to identify training needs, address gaps, and support development of technical competency programs
Maintain accurate training records and employee data within HRIS and internal databases
Ensure client-specific training requirements are incorporated into project training matrices across sites and locations
Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and conducting reference checks
Prepare and manage documentation, including CV formatting, data entry, and departmental materials
Coordinate meetings and schedules, prepare agendas, and take minutes for team meetings
Assist in preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations for the department and project teams
Provide general administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day People & Organization operations
Requirements:
Office Administration diploma or Human Resources Business Management certificate
1–3 years of experience in a similar role
Experience administering East Coast Canada offshore training and qualifications
Working knowledge of Canadian Association of Petroleum Producers (CAPP) guidelines and requirements
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to communicate effectively with peers, customers, and management, both verbally and in writing
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets and identify data integrity issues
Agile and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
High level of attention to detail
