Job Description

Our client seeking a Jr. Paralegal to join their team in Brea, California, supporting legal operations in the transportation equipment manufacturing industry. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for growth and development within a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in intellectual property and civil litigation, as well as experience drafting legal documents and pleadings.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist attorneys with intellectual property cases by conducting research and organizing relevant documentation
  • Support civil litigation processes, including case preparation and document management
  • Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and correspondence to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Maintain organized records of case files and ensure timely updates to legal databases
  • Collaborate with legal teams to prepare for court proceedings and client meetings
  • Conduct legal research to support case strategies and provide insights to attorneys
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards and procedures in all assigned tasks
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide updates
  • Manage deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet project goals efficiently
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling and correspondence
