Job Description

We’re looking for a sharp and curious Legal Student Assistant who wants hands-on experience inside a fast-moving tech and digital health company. In this role, you will support our CFO and work closely with our Data Protection Officer on a wide range of contract-related and compliance-focused tasks. If you’re studying law and eager to build real-world experience in an international environment where digital innovation meets regulation, this is a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and make a meaningful contribution.

Job Responsibility

  • Drafting, reviewing, and updating contracts (e.g. NDAs, Scope of Work, vendor agreements)
  • Supporting our CFO with legal documentation, and contract management
  • Contributing to the operation of our compliance-related work, including documentation supporting ISO certification, security governance, and internal policies
  • Assisting with internal processes around compliance, legal governance, and risk management
  • Preparing material and supporting documentation for Clients, audits and external partners

Requirements

  • Interest in commercial law, contracts, and/or life science
  • Structured, curious, and enjoy working in a setting where precision matters
  • Can communicate clearly in English
  • Comfortable navigating documentation and have a natural sense for quality
  • Like working independently - but appreciate having sparring partners close by
