Job Description:

The IT team at 1Password provides software and hardware support services to all employees in this swift-moving and rapidly growing company. We maintain and provide timely access to the business tools necessary in a remote-first computing environment. The work we do touches everyone at the company, every day. The Junior IT Operations Analyst will collaborate with a growing team to deliver IT services, develop their IT knowledge, and support employees across the business. This is a UK-based, fully remote opportunity offering competitive salary and benefits.

Job Responsibility:

  • Contribute to the IT Operations team initiatives and work on routine tasks and problems in a fast-paced environment, including onboarding & offboarding users, process adherence, tool provisioning, and asset tracking
  • Contribute to consistently formatted and updated reference materials with support from the rest of the Operations team
  • Participate in inventory orders and deliveries
  • Collaborate frequently and effectively with the IT teams and embrace a culture of feedback.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of work or internship experience in an operational role
  • Interest in ticketing systems, asset management systems, and user account lifecycles
  • Familiarity with common enterprise SaaS applications, such as Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, Office 365, and Zoom
  • Comfortable receiving and providing feedback
  • The ability to relate well with all kinds of people by building rapport, being kind and maintaining composure
  • Solid written and verbal communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with hardware and software lifecycle management is a plus.
