Magazine's fastest growing companies. Role Summary: We are looking for a hybrid early-career professional who can support IT operations while also helping improve and automate internal processes.

Job Responsibility

  • Handles internal IT tickets effectively
  • Supports NetSuite workflows (orders, invoicing, updates)
  • Works comfortably with spreadsheets and datasets
  • Identifies repetitive tasks and proactively seeks to automate them

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years experience
  • Background in IT, MIS , Data Analytics, or similar
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Smartsheet optional
  • Basic scripting (Python, PowerShell, or similar) OR strong interest in learning
  • Demonstrated curiosity--side projects, automation attempts, or process improvements
  • Familiar with Microsoft Fabric, Entra, Azure, Office 365
  • Basic knowledge of AI
