Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior HR Executive – Generalist who is at the start of their HR career and wants hands-on exposure across recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, HRMS, and HR coordination. This role is designed for someone who is willing to learn by doing, follow processes, and gradually take ownership under guidance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in sourcing resumes for IT and non-IT roles through job portals and referrals
  • Screen basic profiles and coordinate interview schedules
  • Follow up with candidates for interview availability and joining formalities
  • Assist in employee onboarding, documentation, and induction coordination
  • Maintain employee files and update records accurately
  • Support confirmation, role changes, and exit documentation
  • Update employee data, attendance, leave, and regularization in KEKA HRMS
  • Support monthly payroll data preparation and cross-verification
  • Respond to basic employee queries related to attendance, leave, and HR policies
  • Support implementation of HR policies and internal guidelines
  • Assist in maintaining statutory documents and compliance records
  • Help during audits and internal checks when required
  • Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events
  • Assist in drafting internal announcements and employee communications
  • Promote a positive and professional workplace culture
  • Assist in coordinating goal-setting and appraisal cycles
  • Track performance review timelines and documentation
  • Prepare basic HR reports (attendance, leave, headcount)
  • Learn HR systems, HRMS workflows, and reporting structures
  • Suggest process improvements under guidance
