Job Description

Our client, a global media company, is looking for a Jr. Financial Analyst to join their team! This will be a fully onsite role working out of their office in Hollywood. The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment! Please no corp-to-corp applicants or third-party agencies. Sub-contracted candidates or candidates that require immediate sponsorship cannot be considered. Role Overview: Contract Role: 9 months, temp to possible perm. Pay: $35-38/hr W2 (No C2C). Schedule: Fully onsite, 9AM to 6PM M-F.

Job Responsibility

  • Enter contractual terms and obligations into SAP to maintain project metadata
  • Calculate and process monthly term deal overhead payments
  • Process invoices, prepare journal entries, manage credit card payments, and perform reconciliations
  • Support payroll processing on a weekly basis when needed
  • Prepare ad hoc reporting as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required
  • 2-4 years of corporate accounting or finance work experience
  • Payroll processing experience a plus
  • Experience working within the media, entertainment, or streaming industry is preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Proficiency with SAP and Oracle is highly preferred
