Job Description

Our client, a well-known entertainment company located in Beverly Hills, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to their Marketing Department on a contract to hire basis. In this critical role, you will take charge of high-volume scheduling and calendar management, coordinate cross-functional projects, and assist with meeting and event planning. Additional responsibilities include handling phone support, travel arrangements, expense reporting, and editing and preparing various materials and documents. The department is energetic and deadline-driven, so proven ability to prioritize and multi-task is essential.

Job Responsibility

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of executive assistant experience
  • Experience coordinating meetings and managing related logistics
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and demonstrate a strong focus on detail
