We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Jr. Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Marketing & Communications department of an exciting company based in Beverly Hills! Job Responsibility:
Organize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed
Assist in managing executive calendars and prioritize appointments effectively
Handle incoming communications, including emails and calls, ensuring timely responses
Support daily office operations by managing supplies and equipment
Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as requested by executives
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and communication
Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Troubleshoot and resolve minor office issues to support efficient operations
Requirements:
Proficiency in basic office skills, including organization and communication
Ability to coordinate meetings and manage schedules effectively
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with team members and executives
