Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Jr. Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Marketing & Communications department of an exciting company based in Beverly Hills! This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization and multitasking while maintaining a high level of professionalism. This is a long-term contract position with the opportunity to go permanent, offering an excellent opportunity to grow your career in administrative support.

Job Responsibility:

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed
  • Assist in managing executive calendars and prioritize appointments effectively
  • Handle incoming communications, including emails and calls, ensuring timely responses
  • Support daily office operations by managing supplies and equipment
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as requested by executives
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and communication
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor office issues to support efficient operations

Requirements:
