Job Description

We are seeking an entry-level Corporate Counsel to join our team on a contract basis. This role requires a skilled attorney with 2-3 years of experience and a strong background in corporate law, contract management, and transactional workflows. Preference will be given to candidates who hold an active California Bar admission and are eager to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Draft, review, and maintain standard agreements and contract templates
  • Collaborate with contract managers to support transactional workflows effectively
  • Prepare, negotiate, and evaluate manufacturing supply agreements
  • Manage and oversee social media influencer contracts on a weekly basis
  • Handle high-volume contract work, reviewing up to 70 contracts per quarter
  • Participate in process improvements for contract review and management
  • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and legal standards across all contracts
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to support business operations

Requirements

  • Must be a licensed attorney, with preference for active California Bar admission
  • Possess 2-3 years of corporate counsel or related legal experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in contract management and commercial agreements
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and collaborate across teams
