Job Description:

The Junior Administrator plays a vital role in supporting customer account management, contract processing, and administrative operations within the organization. This position ensures data accuracy, timely processing of requests, and smooth coordination across internal teams.

Job Responsibility:

  • Setting up new customer account records and correct existing accounts as needed
  • Process requested Upgrade and buyout quotes
  • Process MACs
  • Utilize internal resources to pull original sales and leasing paperwork as requested
  • Provide contract invoices as requested
  • Provide Contracts as requested
  • Audit Maintenance Contract setups
  • Process email requests
  • Completing other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Meticulous attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume queues
  • Previous contract or billing experience-a plus
  • Previous industry experience-a plus
