We are seeking a Jr. Administrative Assistant to support daily operations and provide essential administrative support to executives and team members. This role is ideal for individuals with strong organizational skills who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ideal for recent college graduates or candidates with at least one year of proven customer service or call center experience. This position is onsite Monday to Friday.
Job Responsibility:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for staff and managers
Prepare, review, and organize documents, spreadsheets, and correspondence
Assist with front office management, including answering phone calls and greeting visitors
Support project management workflows and maintain office supplies inventory
Perform data entry and maintain filing systems both electronically and in paper format
Help with customer experience and administrative operations as needed
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Highly attentive to detail
Exceptional accuracy and speed in data entry tasks
Skilled in using Excel for data reporting
Comfortable handling phone-based interactions with clients and team members
