We are looking for a motivated Jr. Administrative Assistant to join our team in Morristown, New Jersey. In this role, you will handle a variety of office support tasks to ensure daily operations run smoothly. Job Responsibility:
Coordinate communication with the building landlord to address maintenance issues and other facility-related concerns
Manage office supply orders, including water and other essentials, to maintain a well-stocked and functional workspace
Perform general office support duties to ensure seamless daily operations for employees
Handle technical inquiries from vendors, including acquiring required documents related to processed transactions
Monitor and follow up on submitted service tickets to ensure timely resolution
Submit necessary documentation to resolve outstanding issues and track progress until completion
Maintain organization and efficiency in office operations by proactively addressing logistical needs
Collaborate with colleagues and vendors to streamline office processes and enhance productivity
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support or a similar role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Proficiency in handling service desk tickets and following up on resolutions
Experience ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
Excellent communication skills for liaising with vendors and building management
Detail-oriented approach to managing documents and tracking transactions
Ability to work independently and proactively address challenges
Familiarity with basic office technology and tools to support daily operations
