Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Jr. Administrative Assistant to join our team in Morristown, New Jersey. In this role, you will handle a variety of office support tasks to ensure daily operations run smoothly. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an excellent opportunity for skill development and advancement based on your abilities and performance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate communication with the building landlord to address maintenance issues and other facility-related concerns
  • Manage office supply orders, including water and other essentials, to maintain a well-stocked and functional workspace
  • Perform general office support duties to ensure seamless daily operations for employees
  • Handle technical inquiries from vendors, including acquiring required documents related to processed transactions
  • Monitor and follow up on submitted service tickets to ensure timely resolution
  • Submit necessary documentation to resolve outstanding issues and track progress until completion
  • Maintain organization and efficiency in office operations by proactively addressing logistical needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues and vendors to streamline office processes and enhance productivity

Requirements:
