Job Description

We’re hiring a Journeys and Enablers Product Lead to drive the evolution of our home broadband portfolio with focus on smart home evolution. You’ll create the strategy, shape the roadmap, define customer journeys and deliver products that set new standards for connectivity and customer experience. As the product expert and single point of contact, you’ll drive innovation, guide the business on what’s possible, and turn ideas into reality through collaboration with internal teams and partners. Your focus: creating solutions that customers love and the business values.

Job Responsibility

  • Home Broadband and Smart Homes Portfolio. Contribute to strategy, lead development, and lifecycle management for all products and experiences
  • Design End to End Solutions, oversee products from concept, to development, launch, and eventual sunset
  • Ensure compliance with standards, regulatory frameworks, and audit requirements
  • Engage stakeholders, manage vendors, and drive adoption of secure, model-based workflows
  • Strategy and Architecture, partner with all Vodafone teams to ensure smooth product delivery and go-to-market execution
  • Define Product Vision & Roadmap. Set priorities based on customer needs, market trends, and business goals
  • Drive Innovation. Identify opportunities to enhance existing products and introduce new capabilities

Requirements

  • Good understanding of WLR, SoGEA, FTTP/H and related fixed-line technologies
  • Technically minded, strong knowledge of Smart Home universe with focus on broadband integration and functionality
  • Proven track record of driving growth and conversion through iterative product development
  • Experience with Product Lifecycle Management & a track record of owning strategy, roadmap, and delivery for complex products
  • Ability to balance technical requirements with commercial objectives and KPIs
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration and able to work with other teams such as propositions, digital, brand, channels, and delivery teams
  • Experience managing third-party suppliers and engaging providers
  • Experience building and scaling sales journey, digital journeys and managing the end-to-end product lifecycle
