As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking skilled Journeyperson Millwrights (Red Seal Industrial Mechanics) to join growing industrial and manufacturing teams across the Lower Mainland, BC. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of production equipment by installing, maintaining, and repairing complex industrial machinery and mechanical systems. You will collaborate with maintenance teams, engineers, and operations staff to troubleshoot issues, perform preventative maintenance, and support continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime. Job Responsibility:
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial machinery and mechanical systems
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment to minimize downtime
Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective corrective solutions
Align, calibrate, and adjust machinery components to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and manuals to support maintenance and installation
Inspect equipment for wear, damage, and potential failure points
Perform mechanical repairs including rigging, welding, fabrication, and equipment alignment when required
Collaborate with electrical, maintenance, and operations teams to support plant performance
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and industry regulations
Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and equipment condition
Requirements:
Red Seal Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) certification
Demonstrated experience performing maintenance in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Experience with CNC equipment, automated production systems, welding, rigging, fabrication, or PLC troubleshooting is considered an asset
Legally eligible to work full-time in British Columbia
Nice to have:

Familiarity with automated production equipment, conveyors, pumps, compressors, and rotating machinery
