We’re hiring experienced plumbers, to join our construction-focused team. This role primarily supports new construction and renovation projects, with some flexibility to assist service work when needed. Job Responsibility:
Perform plumbing installation and rough-in work for: New construction
Remodels and renovations
Residential, commercial, and multifamily projects
Read and interpret plans, specs, and job documentation
Work under a licensed Master Plumber in compliance with all local and county codes
Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues as they arise on job sites
Occasionally assist with service calls when demand requires (no full-time service billing unless desired)
Use ServiceTitan for time tracking, job notes, and documentation
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and customers
Requirements:
5+ years of plumbing experience preferred
Journeyman license or registration strongly preferred (or ability to register under our Master Plumber)
Solid knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and codes
Comfortable working in both residential and commercial environments
Professional, customer-focused attitude
Willingness to be flexible when the team needs support
Ability to use basic software/tools (ServiceTitan experience is a plus, not required)
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
Steel-toe boots
