Job Description:

As our Journey Delivery Manager for Employee Experience, you will be at the forefront of transforming how we design, deliver, and implement employee journey solutions, combining strategic journey management with change enablement to ensure successful adoption across the enterprise. This opportunity combines hands-on journey leadership with strategic business partnership and works cross-functionally to deliver impactful employee experiences across our organization. This role sits in the Employee Experience Design and Insights team within our broader Employee Experience organization.

Job Responsibility:

  • Orchestrate one or multiple employee journey initiatives using lightweight agile practices
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps aligned with business objectives
  • Drive integrated planning across design, technology, and business workstreams
  • Establish governance and ways of working that protect design team effectiveness
  • Monitor program health and proactively address risks and dependencies
  • Support prioritization and resource planning aligned with business objectives
  • Create frameworks for measuring program success and adoption
  • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and constraints
  • Develop comprehensive change and implementation strategies
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
  • Create and manage communication plans for new journey rollouts
  • Drive stakeholder alignment and buy-in for journey solutions
  • Support training and enablement activities
  • Track adoption metrics and program outcomes
  • Remove obstacles and streamline processes to maintain team momentum
  • Facilitate effective collaboration between designers and business partners
  • Support design critique and review processes
  • Help break down complex journey work into manageable deliverables
  • Champion user-centered design practices across the organization
  • Bridge communication between design teams and business stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Strong background in change management and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience working with design teams and design processes
  • Track record of delivering complex programs in large organizations
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills
  • Understanding of employee experience and HR processes
  • Ability to influence and align stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with multidisciplinary teams
  • Experience with lightweight agile practices
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
