Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure that all meat produced by the cut room is weighed onto the system promptly
  • Ensure that each crate is labelled correctly (training will be given)
  • Move meat from the Wip chiller to specified locations making sure it is correctly scanned into that location
  • Ensure that meat from the grader is moved to the Wip chiller promptly for processing

Requirements:

  • Must be reliable in both attendance and time keeping.
  • Be willing to undertake some training on the scale booking systems
  • Have a positive and flexible approach to the tasks
  • Be a positive team player
