Job Responsibility:

Ensure that all meat produced by the cut room is weighed onto the system promptly
Ensure that each crate is labelled correctly (training will be given)
Move meat from the Wip chiller to specified locations making sure it is correctly scanned into that location
Ensure that meat from the grader is moved to the Wip chiller promptly for processing

Requirements:

Must be reliable in both attendance and time keeping.
Be willing to undertake some training on the scale booking systems
Have a positive and flexible approach to the tasks
Be a positive team player
