Job Responsibility
Greet and assist prospective candidates and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and enthusiasm
Provide detailed information about luxury wellness and residential condominiums, including amenities, services, and community features
Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries promptly and ensuring a memorable experience for all attendees
Support event logistics including registration, guest flow, and on-site coordination
Communicate effectively with multilingual guests to ensure clarity and personalized service
Maintain the highest standards of hospitality and front desk excellence throughout the event
Collaborate with property representatives to support seamless engagement between candidates and management teams
Requirements
Multilingual abilities strongly preferred
fluency in two or more languages is a plus
Previous hotel, resort, or luxury hospitality experience highly desirable
Strong front desk, guest relations, or customer service background preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, welcoming demeanor
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining composure under pressure
Passion for delivering elevated guest experiences aligned with luxury service standards
