As the Job Development Coach -Kingston you will be on the frontline, delivering tailored employment services to young people living with disability. You will coach, guide, and empower our members to overcome barriers, build work readiness and secure sustainable employment.

  • Experience in Disability Employment Services (DES) or similar
  • A high degree of emotional intelligence: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management
  • The ability to thrive in dynamic youth focused environments and build genuine connections with young people
  • A comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by young people living with disability and are committed to helping them overcome these through employment
  • The motivation to achieve measurable outcomes and believe that employment is a powerful gateway to independence and self worth
