Job Coaches provide on-site support to individuals with disabilities or performance limitations to help them successfully maintain employment. After participants complete the job placement program, Job Coaches work alongside them at their job sites during the critical first weeks, offering guidance, feedback, and hands-on assistance. They observe performance, teach and reinforce job skills, address challenges, and build participants’ confidence while serving as a liaison between participants, employers, and office staff.
