Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized Job Captain to join our team in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in managing projects and teams to ensure timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and the highest quality standards. This role requires a proactive collaborator with strong leadership skills and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders across design, engineering, and operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage internal and external teams to ensure project deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to evaluate and implement innovative design options, styles, and details
  • Lead project teams and consultants while fostering a culture of shared knowledge, best practices, and continuous improvement
  • Assist in the discovery and design phases of new technology initiatives within architectural operations
  • Ensure adherence to established workflows, standards, and development procedures while maintaining data management accuracy
  • Oversee quality control processes, including construction document reviews, lot-specific revisions, and compliance with building codes
  • Provide business analysis support to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making
  • Contribute to the creation and governance of organizational standards and policies
  • Identify roadblocks, propose solutions, and offer insights to enhance project efficiency
  • Participate in special assignments to expand expertise and support division-specific goals

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and multi-disciplinary projects effectively
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills with a focus on detail orientation and time management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for project-related documentation and data management
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction codes and quality control practices
