5+ years of experience running small and large scale public and private projects
Ability to delegate tasks and act as a job captain
Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and can prioritize deadlines
Superior organizational skills
Strong working knowledge of architectural assemblies, mechanical, electrical and plumbing components and systems
Highly proficient in Revit
Knowledgeable in local zoning, code, and ADA compliances

Job Responsibility

Execute bid documentation: project design and documentation during all phases of assigned projects
Effectively collaborate with both internal team members and outside consultants while managing client requests

Attend client presentations, interviews, and meetings with the client, and prepare meeting minutes on attended meetings
Integrate code requirements into designs, and coordinate with engineers and various consultants on project details
Work directly with Project Manager or Principal-in-Charge to maintain communication on the development and details of the project
Provide support to Construction Administrator by answering RFI’s and reviewing Shop Drawings
