Job Responsibility:
Manage and track tickets using Jira to ensure timely resolution and accurate documentation
Support Agile teams operating in Scrum and Kanban frameworks, maintaining smooth workflows
Configure Jira dashboards and reports to deliver clear, actionable data to stakeholders
Perform basic workflow configuration tasks to support evolving project requirements
Collaborate closely with team members to gather feedback and refine issue tracking processes
Utilize strong written and verbal communication skills to clearly document processes and communicate updates
Assist with AI training initiatives by providing structured Jira data and insights to support the project’s goals
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience using Jira in a user-level capacity
Expertise in issue tracking, ticket management, and Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
Proficiency in configuring Jira dashboards and generating reports
Basic knowledge of Jira workflow configuration and customization
Strong data analysis skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent problem-solving abilities within collaborative team environments
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have:
