Job Responsibility

  • Manage and track tickets using Jira to ensure timely resolution and accurate documentation
  • Support Agile teams operating in Scrum and Kanban frameworks, maintaining smooth workflows
  • Configure Jira dashboards and reports to deliver clear, actionable data to stakeholders
  • Perform basic workflow configuration tasks to support evolving project requirements
