Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and develop Jira infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction
  • Create and implement a standardized project management framework in Jira to enhance transparency and predictability of processes
  • Automate routine Jira tasks using ScriptRunner, REST API, and other tools to reduce manual work and increase team efficiency
  • Enhance team performance visibility through the development of dashboards and reports that facilitate monitoring and analysis of project metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose enhancements, and implement best practices within the Jira environment
  • Standardize processes, roles, and communication protocols integrated with Confluence, Slack, GitLab, and other collaboration tools
  • Oversee user permissions and security policies, ensuring compliance with organizational standards
  • Provide training and support to users, empowering teams to seek the most out of Jira
  • Continuously monitor and optimize Jira’s performance, managing updates and plugins for sustained reliability

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing Jira environments with strong understanding of administration, project setup, and automation
  • Upper-Intermediate English (B2) proficiency and fluency in Ukrainian
  • Hands-on expertise with tools like ScriptRunner, REST API, and automation frameworks
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and derive actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills to provide user support and conduct effective training sessions
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities to drive Jira initiatives and foster collaboration across teams
