Job Description:

Join OMNIC as a Jira Manager and play a pivotal role in streamlining project management processes within our innovative logistics and retail solutions company. In this dynamic position, you will oversee the management and development of Jira infrastructure, ensuring its effective utilization to enhance team collaboration and productivity. Your efforts will be essential in creating a unified project management structure that supports our mission of sustainable transformation in the industry.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and develop Jira infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction
Create and implement a standardized project management framework in Jira to enhance transparency and predictability of processes
Automate routine Jira tasks using ScriptRunner, REST API, and other tools to reduce manual work and increase team efficiency
Enhance team performance visibility through the development of dashboards and reports that facilitate monitoring and analysis of project metrics
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, propose enhancements, and implement best practices within the Jira environment
Standardize processes, roles, and communication protocols integrated with Confluence, Slack, GitLab, and other collaboration tools
Oversee user permissions and security policies, ensuring compliance with organizational standards
Provide training and support to users, empowering teams to seek the most out of Jira
Continuously monitor and optimize Jira’s performance, managing updates and plugins for sustained reliability

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing Jira environments with strong understanding of administration, project setup, and automation
Upper-Intermediate English (B2) proficiency and fluency in Ukrainian
Hands-on expertise with tools like ScriptRunner, REST API, and automation frameworks
Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance metrics and derive actionable insights
Excellent communication skills to provide user support and conduct effective training sessions
Demonstrated leadership qualities to drive Jira initiatives and foster collaboration across teams
Practical experience with process documentation to support standardization efforts
Ability to adapt in a hybrid work environment, efficiently managing responsibilities both onsite and remotely
