Job Responsibility

  • Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance
  • Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives
  • Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing
  • Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth
  • Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions
  • Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability

Requirements

  • Administration and configuring both Jira and Confluence
  • Using Jira and Confluence from a customer perspective
  • Writing JQL queries to extract meaningful insight
  • Problem solving, incident response and handling
  • Supporting customers from a high-level through to triage and remediation

Nice to have

  • Groovy scripting

  • ITCOMs Infrastructure Management: Develop and maintain IT communication systems, including network configurations, messaging protocols, and APIs, to support reliable system operations. Configure and optimize communication infrastructure on Windows Server and Linux platforms, documenting setups in Confluence
  • Automation of Integration Processes: Use Shell Scripting and Bash Programming to automate integration workflows, data transfers, and system configuration tasks
  • Containerization and Orchestration: Deploy and manage integration and ITCOMs environments using Docker Containerization for isolation and portability, orchestrate containerized environments with Kubernetes to ensure scalability, high availability, and efficient resource utilization
  • Integration Testing Support: Collaborate with IVV teams to support integration testing, ensuring system components and ITCOMs infrastructure meet functional and performance requirements
  • System and Element-Level Integration: Oversee integration at the system level to ensure cohesive functionality across the entire system
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with requirements engineers, software architects, and IVV teams to align integration and ITCOMs solutions with project goals, using Confluence for shared documentation
  • Performance and Scalability Optimization: Optimize integration and ITCOMs infrastructure for performance, scalability, and reliability on Windows Server and Linux platforms
