Are you a Jira Administrator enthusiast who wants to drive his/her career forwards within a high-growth AI startup environment?

Job Responsibility

  • Configure and customize workflows, schemes, custom fields, screens, and automation rules to align with business and Agile processes
  • Support Agile teams and Project Managers with board configuration, sprint setup, and reporting for Scrum and Kanban
  • Collaborate with DevOps and IT to integrate Jira with tools such as GitHub, Slack, and other tools
  • Collaborate with the QA Lead to customise Jira to align with compliance requirements
  • Provide training, documentation, and end-user support to enhance tool adoption
  • Partner with business stakeholders to analyze needs and translate them into Jira solutions
  • Ensure Jira tools are available, optimized, and aligned with company objectives
  • Drive automation and efficiency by reducing manual processes
  • Maintain data integrity and compliance with internal and external regulations
  • Deliver timely reporting and dashboards for leadership and operational teams

Requirements

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience as a Jira Administrator, with a strong track record of managing complex Jira instances (Cloud and/or Data Center)
  • Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Confluence and Jira Service Management, with mastery of advanced workflow configuration, automation rules, and permission management
  • Integration Skills: A solid understanding of REST APIs and scripting concepts for building custom integrations
  • Agile Fluency: Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a deep understanding of how to best support them within Jira
  • Compliance & ITSM: Experience working within certified environments (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001) and familiarity with ITSM tools and principles
  • Exceptional Communicator: Outstanding problem-solving skills paired with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Nice to have

  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • ISO 9001 and/or ISO/IEC 27001 certification, or experience working in certified environments
