Job Description

As J&T engineer at Airbus Illescas site, your main tasks and responsibilities will be: Design and/or specify the requested Jigs and Tools assets according to requirements from Manuf. Engineering Process Engineer, Operations, Health and Safety and Ergonomics, Maintenance Engineer and plant Quality Assurance Representative for Jigs and Tool or representative. Support Finance activities to elaborate the CapEx and/or OpEx dossier. Contribute to the purchasing phases of the Jigs and Tools assets. Ensure successful industrialization of Jigs and Tools assets (creation, development and modification) for all Airbus programs, until final acceptance and handover to the corresponding Operations Manager. Ensure the provided solution is fully integrated within the industrial system through a robust acceptance process set on defined Key Performance Indicators. Integrate mature industrial technologies in link with R&D. Collaborate with R&D to integrate requirements and consolidate Airbus Industrial Vision. Design, test and industrialization of future tooling concept for future Airbus programs, Provide J&T solutions based on 3D printing Integrate Maintenance inputs/feedback in J&T Work Specification and delivered solutions Support Plant in all the activities where a Jig and/or Tool asset is involved. Support root cause analysis of Non Conformities and improvement projects. Deliver technical disposition to fix J&T on time and quiality

Requirements
