Job Description:

Aspinal of London are looking for a Jewellery & Accessories Production Coordinator to support the Head of Production on delivering the Jewellery and Accessories product from development sign off hand over through to launch, maintaining on time delivery of 97% ensuring the product meets all key stakeholders’ milestones in terms of delivery and margin from all global partners.

Job Responsibility:

  • To build strong relationships with all AOL suppliers in order to achieve 97% on time delivery
  • Accurate and prompt placement of the season master buys post buy hand over from the Head of Production
  • Responsible for the direct reorders and top ups as required
  • To ensure POs are raised correctly and accurately
  • To hold full ownership of the jewellery critical path management throughout the production process start to end
  • To be conscious and support the photography process
  • Ensuring that the system, bible and Pos are always up to date and accurate with all live prices
  • Freight Spend and Tracking
  • Ensuring the stock arrives to the Aspinal level of quality
  • Handling all Assay communication, delivery and purchase orders
  • All invoices relating to product category
  • Ensure all PO supplier information is correct and sent in a timely manner
  • Proactively collate all information to report out correct delivery information to the business
  • Be proactive in replying to all pending questions within 24hours
  • Partner with logistics in achieving budget targets
  • Own the freight tracker for the jewellery and accessories product group
  • Be dedicated to the goal of on time delivery
  • Actively chase in the PPs to ensure are sent in good time
  • Buy hand over to delivery intake full ownership
  • Soley responsible for all top ups / reorders required
  • Ensure CP’s are called in on a weekly basis
  • To own the PO Schedule and to accurately update the system
  • To hold weekly calls to the suppliers
  • To forward think and pre book capacity with the supplier as and when required
  • Manage the full cycle of the Assay office process
  • Uploading orders onto NAV and ensuring information is accurate
  • Confirming with suppliers that PO’s have been logged
  • Always ensuring Aspinal systems (NAV, bible, trackers) are updated
  • Ensuring all invoices are matched within 48hours
  • Notifying the Head of of any discrepancies or issues
  • Having a clear understanding of Aspinal’s quality standards & handling any quality issues

Requirements:

  • Jewellery Background is desirable
  • Experience in Production Coordination
  • Ability to Travel
  • Strong Excel Skills
  • NAV experience advantageous but not essential
  • Self motivated
  • Personal time management and prioritisation
  • Strong communication skill with Aspinal team departments as well as suppliers
