The Jeweller/Welder role is an exciting opportunity to help deliver our services to our customers as part of our retail team. Welding is an exciting service that brings permanent bracelets, designed to wear forever to our customers. Your skill, knowledge and experience will help us deliver an unparalleled experience in a fun, accessible, luxury environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver warm and welcoming customer service, making our customers feel relaxed and comfortable
  • Confidently style and advise our customers on their jewellery needs
  • Bespoke measure and weld permanent jewellery including, but not limited to, bracelets onto our customers wrists
  • Advise our customers on the welding process during their appointment
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge and complete brand training
  • Support the aftercare process, confidently resolving any problems customers may experience
  • Deliver welding services in store through use of welding machinery and equipment adhering to all health and safety procedures
  • Provide feedback on product and customer experience to your line manager
  • Be responsible for the accuracy of welding stock items, supporting with inventory checks when required
  • Keep the equipment and services area clean and tidy at all times
  • Assist our customers to personalise their chosen engravable pieces through the use of our engraving machine
  • Achieve individual sales and KPI targets through delivering exceptional service to customers
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and passion for Monica Vinader values and vision
  • Deliver in store services with confidence (eg: engraving and aftercare)
  • Comply with Monica Vinader company policies and procedures at all times
  • Follow guidelines and instruction to efficiently deal with concession tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Exceptional personal grooming and presentation
  • Support the management team to deliver operational tasks (eg: stock takes, visual merchandising guidelines, stock deliveries)
