The Jeweller/Welder role is an exciting opportunity to help deliver our services to our customers as part of our retail team. Welding is an exciting service that brings permanent bracelets, designed to wear forever to our customers. Your skill, knowledge and experience will help us deliver an unparalleled experience in a fun, accessible, luxury environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver warm and welcoming customer service
  • Confidently style and advise our customers on their jewellery needs
  • Bespoke measure and weld permanent jewellery including bracelets
  • Advise our customers on the welding process
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge and complete brand training
  • Support the aftercare process
  • Deliver welding services in store adhering to all health and safety procedures
  • Provide feedback on product and customer experience
  • Be responsible for the accuracy of welding stock items
  • Keep the equipment and services area clean and tidy
  • Assist our customers to personalise their chosen engravable pieces
  • Achieve individual sales and KPI targets
  • Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and passion for Monica Vinader values
  • Deliver in store services with confidence (eg: engraving and aftercare)
  • Comply with Monica Vinader company policies and procedures
  • Follow guidelines and instruction to efficiently deal with concession tasks

  • Support the management team to deliver operational tasks (eg: stock takes, visual merchandising guidelines, stock deliveries).
