Job Description:

Seeking a highly skilled professional with working knowledge of the JEE platforms. Extensive knowledge on design, database and cloud platforms is a plus. Able to assist clients in implementing and maximizing the potential of the software / solutions to meet their specific business needs.

Job Responsibility:

Analyze client process and to identify areas for improvement and potential opportunities for automation and improvements in process / workflow
Define project scope, and design optimal workflow solutions
Present technical solutions to stakeholders, explaining complex concepts in clear, understandable terms
Support business stakeholders in more than one time zones and, to work closely with internal US business partners, to provide face-to-face troubleshooting support if something breaks
Maintain business continuity and to provide confidentiality of information
Assess and articulate the impact of a change/incident of the Service/System

Requirements:

Candidate should have a good communication and written skill in English to be able to communicate with the global Colleagues on a needed basis with over an Advanced C1 level of English
+ 5 years of Proven experience with Java / JEE platform, including advanced knowledge of data extraction techniques, workflow design, and system administration
Has 5+ years working knowledge of the J2EE, Win , Unix , Database and Cloud and able to apply the same in day-to-day job
Capability to assess and articulate the impact of a change/incident of the Service/System
Provides expertise to help resolve production incidents
Regularly documents user guides, knowledge materials and the business impacts/benefits
Familiarity with Business Process Management tools / Technologies
Familiarity with Java, HTML, JavaScript, Open Frameworks
Familiarity with IBM BPM, BAW
Familiarity with Cloud Experience
Familiarity with Workflow Automation tools
Some knowledge about AI
Competencies: Business Needs Advocate, Project Manager, Agile Deliver, Azure Manager, Effective Communicator
Due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation need will be prioritised
