Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia is seeking a Host to join the Jean-Georges Restaurant team. As the first point of contact, you create a warm welcome and set the tone for a memorable dining experience. This role is part of the Restaurant & Bar team and works closely with service and culinary colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Job Responsibility
Welcome guests with professionalism and genuine hospitality
Manage reservations, seating, and waitlists to optimize guest flow
Anticipate guest needs and personalize the dining experience
Communicate clearly with service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and thoughtfully
Maintain an organized host stand and accurate reservation system
Uphold Four Seasons service standards at all times
